Tours include a pleasant 60-90 minute outdoor guided walk through gardens of Native Hawaiian and Polynesian introduced plants; broad views of Mānoa Valley; a close look at Kūkaʻōʻō Heiau, (an ancient Hawaiian sacred agricultural temple) as well as the history of Kūaliʻi*, the Cooke family home, now part of Mānoa Heritage Center.
*Note: Be aware of uneven, rocky pathways with limited railing support.
