Join Hui ‘Ūkēkē A‘o for a hands-on ‘ūkēkē making workshop!  ‘Ūkēkē, the only indigenous string instrument of Hawai‘i is used for mele ho‘o‘ipo‘ipo, oli and hula. Participants will learn about the art of making and playing ‘ūkēkē. All materials included. You do not want to miss this special opportunity!

Hui ‘Ūkēkē A‘o is a group of friends whose mission is to learn and share about ‘ūkēkē, with the goal of normalizing the making, playing and composing for ‘ūkēkē.
