Paper Club: 3-D featuring Hau (Hibiscus tiliaceus) and Pineapple (Ananas comosus)

Join us for an extraordinary paper club! Come and make paper out of hau (Hibiscus tillaceus) or pineapple (Ananas comosus) and after you have pulled some sheets, shape it around a balloon or other free-standing object when it is still wet. Let’s discover the possibilities when you manipulate wet pulp! One batch will include colored pulp.
For intermediate papermakers and above. You must have taken Intro to Papermaking with Allison at MHC to join the paper club. Participants will be responsible for helping to set-up and clean-up.
Participants must be able to pick up finished paper Tuesday November 12.
Limited to 6 participants; minimum of 4 to run paper club.
